Easy for a Wembley concert.
Great location for a concert at Wembley. One stop on the Metropolitan line which is super easy coming back from a concert late at night. Access to Jubilee and Metropolitan line, very short walk and about a 10 minute walk to Northern line, which gives easy access to Euston station.
No air-conditioning which I knew however was hot and had our window open. First night late around 1am there was voices and people smoking right under our window, which wasn't great, including one of the overnight managers on reception.

Łatwy dojazd z Lotniska, blisko stacja metra.
W pokoju dużo miejsca. Smaczne śniadanie.
Brak klimatyzacji. Niestety trafiliśmy akurat na falę upałów w UK i w pokoju było jak w piecu.

Nice comfortable stay
The bed and pillow was very comfortable.
One of the ladies working at breakfast was lovely and very kind. She picked up my requests very quickly and knew what I wanted to order the next couple of days.
The works going on outside. It was quite disruptive in the morning. But I know its temporary. So it shouldn't be there for too long.

Perfect hotel for visiting family in Hamstead
Warm welcome and smile on arrival at the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Room was really clean, bath and shower over too! Perfect location for us staying near our daughter.
Nice bar area too.
It was extremely hot during our stay - and there is no air conditioning in the bed room - but there is a fan which we had on.

Great location for a Wembley concert. Clean and comfortable. Only a fan in the room so it got warm, that said it was only a one night stay. Free parking and a very good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent 10/10. Best hotel I’ve stayed in London so far.
It was just brilliant. Friendly staff who had no issue with helping with any of my needs, all kind and polite. (I had a good chat with one of the members of staff about the concert I was going too) I didn’t manage to get breakfast as I was out early but the fact I could have had it makes me thrilled as haven’t found that many hotels that include it. Clean room, has everything I needed (fan, desk, chair, bed obviously, tv, etc) aswell as the bathroom including cups for mouthwash, bodywash/ shampoo/ conditioner. All in all a fabulous stay and I will be back next time thanks so much!
The windows opened really wide- in my opinion there should be a safety lock so it can only open so far but that’s only if there had to be something! Apart from that absolutely excellent.

I am absolutely delighted with my stay at this accommodation. The service was outstanding, and Mr. Dimitri at the reception was the kindest person I have ever met, with incredible charisma and warmth.
He even helped me with things beyond his duties, including finding an adapter for my phone charger. He also made sure I was safe when I returned to the hotel in the evening, and the next day he asked if everything went well and if I enjoyed my stay.
I highly recommend this place, especially for its amazing service and exceptional atmosphere.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Although in a busy area with lots of traffic and close to various transport routes, being off the main road you really don't notice the noise and having breakfast and parking included was a real bonus.

All in all an amazing stay and will definately revisit again in the near future.
Location, breakfast and bed all great. Also very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very kind and helpful.
The rooms were a little small and the bathroom could use a small renovation at some point as the faucets and bath are a little worn.

“Poor room condition and no response from the hotel”
The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the room itself was not clean, despite being a very basic room where cleanliness — especially the bed — is a key element.

Unfortunately, the room was not in an acceptable condition upon arrival.
The trapdoor under the bathtub, which covers the pipes, was not fixed, allowing unpleasant smells to enter the room.
The bed was not properly made.
There were hair strands on the mattress.
The duvet was simply pulled over the bed without the bed being made.
There were pieces of paper on the floor.
Very low water pressure in the bathtub, No shower, only a small bathtub.
Outdated room with poorly maintained fixtures
Overall, the cleanliness of the room was far below expectations.
Sadly, all those issues have been reported to the hotel but nothing has been done in term of compensation.

Enjoyable, facilities and location ideal for Us, easy to walk to central Hampstead & around.
Staff were friendly and efficient.
Room was ok. 26 June 2026 was a very hot with red heat warnings, after a drive of over 180 miles taking over 5 hours with 2 breaks we were tired and hot. Glad received friendly kind welcome and to have cool water available in bar reception area, for no charge and a clean and tidy double room with a fan waiting for us at around 5.30 pm. Very pleased to be able to park in quite small car park. Staff were excellent and Breakfast room cool and choice excellent.
Clearly there are problems with the external low retaining walls to front and back of hotel, works in hand and did not effect our stay in good location within Hampstead for reasonable price.

Very good location if coming for a concert in Wembley
Very good location if you are coming for a concert in Wembley. The tube station Finchley Road is in a 7min walking distance and there is a 7min tube ride to Wembley Park. The staff is very kind friendly, and helpful.
Be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. If you are visiting London during a warm spell, the fan provided in the room offers very little relief, making it difficult to keep the room comfortable.
If possible, request a room facing the street rather than the courtyard. We were woken up very early each morning by hotel staff talking loudly in the courtyard. Normally, closing the window would have solved the problem, but because there was no air conditioning, we had to leave it open throughout the night to keep the room bearable.

The hotel was quiet, the room was nice and the staff all seemed friendly and approachable. The breakfast was okay and there were a few options. Room was tidied and cleaned every day to a good standard. No complaints.
My only issue is I found the shower a little bit cramped (though I'm a pretty big guy). That aside the room and the bathroom were fine and although not fancy were comfortable.

Fantastic breakfast! Different warm dishes that included beans, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns. And warm bread rolls. Great selection of hot drinks. Very friendly kitchen staff!
The hotel is in a neighborhood of good restaurants and just around the corner of a metro station. Great choice for a short stay ☺️

Location, room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room quite large, bearing in.mond this is London. Very attractive lounge downstairs.
The bath, with shower, was a little high, and so for an older person, it was a bit precarious getting out of the shower.
The room has been.moved around to accommodate the extra single bed. This placed the bedside lamps over the bed now and at a height that meant I hit my head on other twice.

Good cost-benefit and friendly staff.
Everything works like expected, the staff was really helpeful answering all my questions and requests and also all of them super friendly. The accomadotation was properply for to two people, room clean and organized, towels was changed everyday. Breakfast good nothing to complain.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption wurden wir bereits sehr nett empfangen und diese Freundlichkeit zog sich über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt hin. Genauso beim Frühstück und in der Bar
Die Anbindung in die City ist zwar sehr gut, dauert aber dennoch ca 25-30 Minuten.

Hotel located close to an underground subway station, easy to walk to if you have no other mode of transportation. Room was clean and staff was absolutely amazing and helpful! Breakfast was a full spread and great to get your day started!

Fantastic location, 5 min from underground and essentially 20 min journey to London centre, decent breakfast, very clean, free parking, friendly staff
No AC which may be an issue in the 3 summer nights we have in England ????no restaurant if you wanted to have lunch or dinner, not many options at the bar, which in all honesty is not a deal breaker because there are plenty of options on the high street. We’d gladly stay there again though!!!!!
