Still a good stay
Went here for a night away with spa Saturday 4th July.....bought a spa package with overnight stay, evening meal and breakfast.
Room was very good and not too hot, air con worked a treat, we were room 157.
Evening meal was it's usual fantastic quality...our waitress was Evangeline who was very personable. I do feel though that some of the restaurant staff could fo with smartening up a little....it gives a better first impression.
I had the best massage with Freya.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, very busy when we went, but still fully stocked. Sarah was incredibly busy clearing tables I had no interaction with her but she caught my eye how good a worker she was.
We will be back.

Returning customer
We have stayed at this hotel several times now and as usual the reception staff were welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable. Natasha on reception was particularly helpful when we were trying to find somewhere to walk our dog locally.

Really enjoyed
What a lovely evening we had here, great room… spotlessly clean…lovely pool, our evening meal was delicious, Vietnamese style soft shell crab and blue cheese pannacotta (2 starters ) can’t eat a main meal, partner had fish and chips… it was huge
The staff were exceptional, Imogene our waitress was en pointe, not too intrusive she was just excellent excellent, breeze the waitress looked after our wine choices …
Akos was an interesting guy to chat to and very helpful.
All in all the three staff made an enjoyable evening for us.

Perfect for relaxation and shopping
Perfect location for visiting Ashford International outlet mall and the spa is a bonus. Very clean, calm and spacious rooms with a lovely atmosphere. Have stayed here a few times with family and highly recommend. All staff are polite and helpful and the breakfast as well as food in the bar, is good quality and tasty.

What a Fantastic Experience!
We had the most wonderful stay at Ashford International Hotel as a birthday treat, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations from start to finish.
The first surprise came as soon as we checked in, I was chosen as the Customer of the Day! We were treated to two complimentary drinks and a room upgrade, which was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that made my birthday feel even more special.
I also want to mention the lovely lady on reception. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but she was so kind and helpful. The day before our stay, I visited the hotel to ask about booking the spa package, which included spa access, dinner, and breakfast, and she took the time to explain everything and made the whole process so easy. It’s a shame I can’t remember her name, but I’m sure she’ll recognise herself if she reads this, thank you for your fantastic customer service!
The couples’ spa experience was amazing. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room, and everything was clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely our couples’ spa treatment. It was incredibly relaxing, and both my husband and I left feeling completely refreshed.
The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, our upgraded room was comfortable and beautifully presented, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming.
This stay made my birthday one to remember, and we left already talking about coming back. We would highly recommend Ashford International Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing spa break or a special getaway. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable, we’ll definitely be back!

Comfy Stay
Great location for visiting Ashfords Designer Outlet Centre and surrounding area. We stayed after visiting friends and family. We had a delicious pizza and tea for supper. Breakfast was lovely, good selection of food.
There was some loud obnoxious guests in the bar area, luckily with my hubby not my mum on this occasion.

Light open and airy and very comfortable beds and pillows.
Lack of information. On arrival no one told me where the restaurant was or that it was buffet self service . On finally finding it we were just ticked off a list no info and the food was just ok. No fridge in room no book in room telling us about the hotel facilities no advice given on how to connect to WiFi or where to get information

A good comfortable hotel and was made welcome from the start, nice comfortable room, good breakfasts and sinner, nice swimming pool. and steam room free to those staying in the hotel.
Some outstanding members of staff who put their selves out to be friendly and welcoming, Trish on reception and Breeze in the restaurant.
Would we stay again, oh yes looking forward to returing.

Handy for the shuttle, comfy, fairly priced, some rooms in need of a refurb.
Really handy for Le Shuttle, good sized rooms mostly well equipped. Comfy beds. Also handy for the retail park. Quiet even though it’s on the main road, Sainsbury’s next door.
Very minor point but found it odd that the older cheaper rooms have a fridge while the newer more expensive rooms don’t (or at least ours didn’t).
Older rooms are looking tired though it appears a refurb is at least partly underway.

Overall an excellent business experience with 30 customers but a huge shout-out must go to Jack P - what a superstar that young man is - he supported our evening business event in such a professional, caring and supportive way, nothing was too much trouble for him, always smiling and attentive - thank you Jack for your amazing help on Wednesday evening you are a huge asset to the team at AIH and if you continue to grow you have a great future ahead of you - well done

Very good hotel
Excellent location 20mins from Eurotunnel and 5 mins from Ashford outlet mall. Good sized clean rooms and bathrooms, mini fridge in family room was appreciated.
Water, tea making facilities and biscuits provided.
Tasty bacon and sausages at breakfast.
V welcoming for dogs.
Air conditioning in rooms worked well. Comfortable beds.
Breakfast could be much better, need cleaner crockery, buffet was not always replaced, crumbs on tables and chairs, stale croissants and congealed fried eggs. Staff were friendly but need more training.
Small car park places and difficult to get a space.

The bar prices are extortionate and after being made to wait for almost 30 minutes over some confusion on breakfast included in the price staff eventually realised that was included to have breakfast and then allowed me in. made me feel and look stupid with a queue of people behind me, it was ridiculous

Decent stopover hotel, lacked a bit of soul but that’s the nature of these places. Staff all very friendly - Breeze in the restaurant was lovely.
Clearly understaffed, those who were there in the restaurant morning and evening looked rushed off their feet.

Down for friends 60th. Location was convenient and did the job.
Room 109. Bed excellent. Did have a bulb go on the first night. Spoke to the cleaning lady and by the time we got back to the room it was sorted.
Restaurant was a bit over priced in my view. Staff were cheerful and friendly. We tried both restaurants. Both messed up orders. But when we enquired it was sorted. Someone who is diabetic there wasn't a great deal to choose from. Especially as I don't eat fish or pizza really.

Breakfast could of been improved. Lack of additional cutlery or more napkins. No tongs for the fresh cut fruit, coffee machines empty and not being refilled despite staff aware. Cooked food, continually running out of fried eggs.

Relatief (voor de kamer) klein bed. Lang wachten bij koffie apparaat bij ontbijt (was zelf service) Erg irritant als je al vroeg de autotrein moet halen. Ook lange rijden bij de bar. (1 persoon en de Britten bestellen graag ingewikkelde cocktails:) 25 pond extra is best veel voor een hond.

This visit was a complete disappointment, certainly not up to expectations and I will not be recommending it.
Good location and accessible parking.
There was a distinct lack of air conditioning in the public areas and corridors. Several of the staff could not communicate in English and had clearly not been properly trained in their respective areas. The dining room staff had no clue about gluten free food of which there was very little, one almost used loaf and a toaster which did not toast!! There were no croissants available for my husband as he was told they were still baking. However when they did, they were stone cold!! I did complain to a manager in the dining room who merely said “Sorry love, I hope your day goes better!!”
The evening bar staff had little clue and didn’t know which appropriate glasses to serve particular drinks in. The hotel did not have any bottles of tonic water.

Staff are wonderful - friendly, welcoming and communicative. The property is well placed for Ashford Outlet Centre and for travel on Le Shuttle. Room was clean and functional, breakfast was plentiful (self service) and of good quality.
