Dobré umístění, na dosah obchůdky a restaurace, metro. Poměrně živé místo což na jednu stranu beru jako plus, ale na druhou stranu (v noci) jako mínus. Dobrá snídaně.
Čistota by mohla být o něco lepší, ale v zásadě to nebyla žádná katastrofa. Na snídani mi chyběl větší výběr zdravějších možností - např nebyly tam obyčejné ovesné vločky, jen slazené cereálie, úplně chyběly oříšky nebo semínka. Okno málo zvukově těsnilo, takže ikdyž bylo zavřené, člověk měl pocit že je otevřené. To byl problém v noci, kdy každý den mezi 23 a24 začala velmi hlasitá diskotéka v okolí + hlásání muezína v 5 hodin ráno.

Centrado y versátil para una estadía corta.
La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todas las actividades culturales e históricas. Acceso a los medios de transporte para poder recorrer bien Estambul.
El desayuno muy variado y abundante, en todo momento estaban atentos a cualquier requerimiento.
La insonorización de la ventana no era buena y se escuchaba lo que sucedía en la calle, por ejemplo, un grupo de niños jugando con la pelota.
El aire acondicionado estaba apuntando a la cama y molestaba al estar acostado.

Excellent corner suite room but breakfast disappointed
Guest relations lady was very helpful and took ownership of problems and ensured things done. Went above beyond when asking for tourist places to visit. Made personal welcome each morning and approachsble
Breakfast poor. Not enough selection of hot food. Cereals or cakes. Bread was very limited to toast every day at 0950am. Especially for children.
No gym in such large hotel nowadays is poor also

Hotel dobrze skomunikowany metrem i tramwajem z wszystkimi ważnymi punktami miasta. Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór nabiału, różnorodnego pieczywa, owoce, warzywa, kilka rodzajów oliwek, różne kawy i herbaty, na pewno nikt nie wyjdzie głodny. Śniadanie serwowane jest na 7 piętrze z cudowną panoramą na miasto, dodatkowo do śniadania przygrywał pan na fortepianie, Wyjątkowo życzliwy, zawsze uśmiechnięty personel hotelu. Szczególnie o gości dba przemiła menadżerka, która w dniu urodzin przygotowała synowi fantastyczną niespodziankę. Bardzo doceniam ten gest i serdecznie dziękuję!
W hotelu jest nieduży, ale wystarczający do schłodzenia się basen, dwie sauny i zabiegi spa, z których nie korzystałam, więc nie podzielę się opinią. Ogólnie wszędzie było czysto, codziennie zmieniano ręczniki i pościel, klimatyzacja działała dobrze,
Hotel nie należy do najnowszych, więc można wyszukać usterki typu pęknięcia lustra czy odprysków na umywalce, ale wszystko jest czyste, więc nam to jakoś szczególnie nie przeszkadzało.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Feride, Inci, and Hadi, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service truly made a difference.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions.

Amazing stay at this great central hotel.
Our stay was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious with amazing views. The room was clean. The location was perfect.
The only thing that I would suggest is that there could have been an option for dimmer lighting in the room, like a bedside table light for reading because the room lighting is very bright.

Personal muy amable. Ubicación excelente. Habitación amplia.
Salí a las 10.00, eran las 16.00 y el cuarto no había sido arreglado. Sobre el desayuno, en lo personal no lo encontré bueno o delicioso. Jugo de naranja parece jugo en polvo. No me gustó que para los masajes relajantes el tipo te exige EXTRAÑAMENTE pago en efectivo y cuando le das todo lo que tienes si no te alcanza te deja pagar con crédito , antes de eso se niega… es por lo bajo extraño. Sobre el masaje relajante te es el mejor que he probado hasta ahora ! Realmente relajante. No tiene suficientes enchufes y al menos mi habitación no tenía escritorio para trabajar. Tiene solo un ascensor para todo el hotel donde caben infelizmente 2 personas. Y si me pongo exigente, le falta algún sistema para lavarte después de hacer popó … un bidet o una mini ducha . El aire acondicionado funciona pero podría ser mejor.

The Old City Hotel and restaurant staff were amazing!
The room was spacious, quiet, and beautiful! Inci, the main employee in the restaurant, started the day with a warm smile and took extra care to make me feel welcomed. She was delightful.
The front desk staff was a bit cold and never smiled. They didn’t act like they liked their life. :-(

Excellent location
We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff is incredibly warm, caring, and always attentive to every detail. The view from the rooftop restaurant and pool is breathtaking. The food is delicious, with a great variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Only suggested improvement is the air con. The room can get very hot and sometimes the air con takes a while to make sure the room gets cool.

L hôtel est bien situé sinon les chambres sont sales et très très petites et sentent le tabac avec des lits de très mauvaises qualités,la salle de bain est limite pour une seule personne à peine 1m en tout, la moquette partout qui etouffe l atmosphère en plus que c est très mal isolée, on entend les discussions des voisins.
Dans les couloirs pareil ça sent le tabac et la chicha des chambres et du restaurant en bas et du 7ème étage. D'ailleurs chaque soir le restaurant panoramique on peut pas en profiter car c'est un restaurant avec la chicha.
Le petit déjeuner catastrophique certe il y a beaucoup de choses mais tout est de mauvaise qualité mais vraiment tout
Ne vous faites pas arnaquer du taxi privé de l hôtel car il est vraiment à l image de l hôtel

Le personnel de la piscine vraiment peu agréable, en permanence au téléphone sans écouteurs très bruyant pourtant voulant profiter d’un moment calme, ressourçant. Pas de serviette spécial piscine fourni. Concernant la piscine, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas un extérieur avec des transats pour profiter pleinement du soleil.
Dommage pour une suite et un hôtel de ce standing, le nettoyage de la chambre entre les deux nuits laisse vraiment à désirer, lavabo sale, serviette à peine changer, objets bougés pas remis à leur place… un gros travail à faire sur ce point
Pour le petit déjeuner, grand buffet avec pas mal de variété mais beaucoup de chose pas fraîche et industriel. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas plus de produit frais, typique et notamment des jus de fruit pressé plutôt que du jus industriel.
Petit point en plus peut être des suites de ce type avec vus sur le Bosphore serait un atout supplémentaire.

Nice brekky, nice room. Accommodating general manager. She is the best.
There is a restaurant on the top floor that is operated by a different owner, and they hosted parties every night. The noise was unlike anything I have ever experienced. It felt as though I was sitting in the middle of a party, even while wearing earplugs. We could barely sleep.
The next day, thankfully, we were moved to a different room. Although the parties continued until around 2:30 AM every night, the noise level in the new room was much more manageable. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say it was around a 6.
I am very grateful to the hotel manager who arranged the room change for us. She did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and her efforts were genuinely appreciated.
The room was always clean and tidy.
